Senior Product Adoption Strategist, Shopping

Обязанности
- 01Drive efforts to scale the adoption of Reddit’s priority ads products, increasing advertiser engagement and revenue
- 02Develop and manage programs to support product adoption across Large Customer Sales (LCS) advertisers and sales teams in the United States
- 03Work directly with advertisers to identify, pitch, activate, onboard, and grow clients with strategic product opportunities
- 04Partner closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Revenue Strategy & Analytics teams, GTM Enablement, and more in alignment to strategic goals
- 05Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge, training, collateral, and market insights to effectively position and implement Reddit's ad products
- 06Advocate for advertiser needs and identify opportunities and gaps, providing feedback to PMM and Product teams to inform ongoing product development
- 07Partner with Sales and Strategy/Ops leadership to understand progress to goal and identify steps that can be taken to accelerate outcomes
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, operations, or relevant industries
- 02A strong background in product adoption, growth, or sales strategy within the digital advertising industry
- 03Proven ability to work effectively with partner teams, leveraging cross-functional expertise to drive program success
- 04Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce
- 05Passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions that drive their success
- 06Solid familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools such as Mode, Tableau, and Salesforce to track key metrics and outcomes
- 07Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- 08Familiarity with AI tools and automation skills, including ability to leverage AI for workflow optimization and productivity
- 09Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
