Обязанности
- 01Write and maintain user guides, API documentation, technical specifications, and other product-related content
- 02Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather information and ensure accurate documentation of features and updates
- 03Help establish and improve documentation processes and best practices across the company
- 04Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation aimed at various audiences, from developers to non-technical users
- 05Edit and review documentation produced by other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- 06Continuously update and improve documentation as new product features are developed or existing ones are updated
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in technical writing
- 02Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- 03Experience with docs as code
- 04A basic understanding of software development, APIs, and web technologies
- 05Familiarity with common programming languages and development tools is a plus
- 06Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- 07Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, GitHub, or similar platforms
- 08Familiarity with version control systems is a plus
- 09High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 10Experience in a startup environment or at a Series A/B tech company is a plus

- 01Annual salary range: $115,000 - $170,000
