Обязанности
- 01Create clear, structured documentation for data, metrics, tools, and services
- 02Develop content such as data catalogs, metrics documentation, user guides, SDK documentation, and UI text
- 03Take ownership of specific documentation areas and improve related processes
- 04Lead documentation projects and support contributors
- 05Mentor junior writers and raise overall documentation quality
- 06Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure documentation meets technical and user needs
Требования
- 01Extensive writing experience in software, IT, or data‑related domains
- 02Strong technical foundation and understanding of software development concepts and workflows
- 03Experience documenting APIs, SDKs, developer tools, data tools, datasets, metrics, or data catalogs
- 04Proficiency with docs‑as‑code approaches, Markdown or XML, and version control (Git)
- 05Excellent English writing skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
- 06Proactive, independent work style with strong prioritization and initiative
- 07Strong communication and collaboration skills, including mentoring and knowledge sharing
- 08Understanding of data analysis concepts and terminology is a plus
- 09Experience leading technical documentation projects and improving documentation processes with templates, automation, scripts, or AI tools
