Обязанности
- 01Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch and continuous iteration
- 02Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, understanding their business goals and shaping AI strategy
- 03Partner with the customer's working teams day to day, running working sessions and troubleshooting agent issues
- 04Directly impact product by surfacing unmet customer needs and feeding them back to research and platform teams

- 01Customer obsession with genuine energy for being in front of customers and building trusted relationships
- 02Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- 03Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- 04Technical aptitude for engaging with technical concepts like API documentation, data models and system architecture
- 05Ownership and delivery track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects
- 06Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production with tools like eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering
- 07Founder, founding team member, or operator experience balancing craft, ownership, and speed
- 08Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience and/or MBA
