- 01Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch and continuous iteration
- 02Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy
- 03Partner with customer's working teams day to day, run working sessions and troubleshoot agents
- 04Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs and feeding them back to research and platform
