Обязанности
- 01Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch and continuous iteration
- 02Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, understanding their business goals and shaping AI strategy
- 03Partner with the customer's working teams day to day, running working sessions and troubleshooting the agent
- 04Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs from customer work and feeding them back to research and platform

- 01Customer obsession with genuine energy being in front of customers and building trusted relationships
- 02Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- 03Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- 04Technical aptitude comfortable with API documentation, data models, system architecture, and engineering tradeoffs
- 05Ownership and delivery with track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects
