Обязанности
- 01Developing a deep understanding of customer problems and mapping them to Cohere solutions
- 02Working closely with partners as the trusted technical advisor owning the technical relationship with stakeholders
- 03Leading the design and deployment of customer pilots for strategic enterprise and government customers
- 04Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
- 05Serving as the voice of the customer and acting as liaison between customer and product team
- 06Providing guidance on best practices for using Cohere and identifying areas for improvement
- 07Cultivating technical champions within customer organizations to drive adoption
- 08Leading technical talk track on customer calls
- 09Designing enterprise architectures for North deployments
- 10Facilitating customer evaluations and pilots
- 11Developing and documenting processes to enable team scaling
- 12Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to match customer needs
- 13Working with partners to develop enablement strategies
Требования
- 015+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect/Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer/Digital Strategy Consultant experience
- 02Passion for Generative AI and understanding of strengths/weaknesses of Generative LLMs and AI technologies
- 03Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training, evaluation, etc.)
- 04Excellent communication skills for both executive and technical audiences
- 05Ability to thrive within ambiguous and uncharted environments
- 06Ability to identify and implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments
- 07Comfortable working with Python and Assistive Coding tools
- 08Native-level Arabic proficiency
