Обязанности
- 01Developing a deep understanding of customer problems and mapping them to Cohere solutions
- 02Working closely with partners as the trusted technical advisor who owns the technical relationship with stakeholders
- 03Taking a hands-on approach to building customer Proof of Concepts that showcase the business value of our platform
- 04Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate those into technical solutions
- 05Taking ownership of the customer narrative, serving as the voice of the customer and acting as a liaison between the customer and our product team
- 06Providing guidance on best practices for using Cohere
- 07Identifying areas for improvement within the platform
- 08Cultivating technical champions within customer organizations to drive adoption and gather feedback
- 09Leading the technical talk track on customer calls
- 10Deep dives on customer problems and Cohere technology
- 11Designing novel enterprise solutions with bleeding-edge NLP technology
- 12Facilitating customer evaluations and PoC’s
- 13Developing and documenting processes to enable the solutions architect team to scale effectively
- 14Collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure our offering matches the customers’ needs
- 15Working closely with our partners to develop a strategy for enabling and accelerating their customers
Требования
- 01Must have: Security Clearance
- 025+ years of public sector customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect (or similar) experience
- 032+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM Solutions
- 04A passion for Generative AI, and an understanding of strengths and weaknesses of Generative LLM's and AI technologies
- 05Comfortable working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
- 06Excellent communication skills
- 07High tolerance for ambiguity
- 08You can identify and implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments
- 09Preferred: Experience managing Kubernetes clusters
- 10Preferred: Experience with networking (firewalls, DNS, cert management, etc)
- 11Preferred: Familiarity with authentication protocols/frameworks (SAML, OAuth, etc)

- 01Salary range for Washington: 205,000 - 245,000
- 02A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch
