Обязанности

01Oversee all technical aspects of the sales process for the Digital Natives segment, including pre‑sales activities and post‑sales technical support to ensure a cohesive and outstanding client experience.
02Help craft and continuously refine the strategic vision for OpenAI's Solutions Engineering function, aligning it with broader company objectives and the evolving needs of diverse clientele.
03Lead and mentor a multifaceted team through the entire sales cycle, fostering seamless customer engagement, maximum adoption, and scalability.
04Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including GTM, Product, Engineering, and Research to ensure synergy in customer engagement strategies.
05Act as the escalation technical contact for key clients in the sales segment, building trust and a direct line of communication with executive‑level stakeholders.
06Be a thought leader in the industry, advocating for the effective and innovative application of AI technologies across various sectors.
07Champion a customer‑first approach within the organization, inspiring the team to prioritize client satisfaction and success.
08Work closely with Sales, Customer Engagement, Security, and Product teams.
