Senior Manager, Finance Systems - Treasury

01Architect the platform: define the target-state architecture for treasury technology, including data foundation, applications, and connections
02Design the treasury data foundation (models, tables, pipelines, governance) as the single source of truth for banking, cash, payments, and investment data
03Lead the treasury management system build-vs-buy evaluation and own the resulting path (vendor selection and implementation, or the internal build)
04Sequence the multi-year roadmap for treasury technology
05Own the product roadmap for daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, reporting, bank account management, and payment workflows
06Design and ship Claude-powered agents and dashboards to automate manual treasury work
07Partner with Treasury operators to turn processes into product specs and drive them to production
08Ensure all shipped solutions are auditable, controlled, and recoverable for SOX compliance
09Align treasury data models and governance with the broader Finance data lake strategy
10Map and own the integration surface across banks, TMS, ERP, and internal finance systems
11Drive the technology agenda with banking partners and vendors
12Set direction for and unblock one to two finance systems engineers
13Review technical designs

0110+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or systems leadership in finance, treasury, or fintech
02Deep treasury domain knowledge, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank connectivity, cash pooling structures, or payment workflows
03Have owned the architecture and platform decisions for an internal finance or data platform across multiple systems and vendors
04Have a track record of shipping internal platforms or finance systems with an engineering team
05Have led complex system design and infrastructure programs
06Have led a system implementation (TMS, ERP module, or similar) or a material internal build from design through go-live
07Are a strong stakeholder manager across Treasury, Finance, Engineering, Internal Audit and external vendors
08Communicate clearly in writing and in the room, and can run a steering meeting or land a one-pager with executives
09Thrive in environments where the roadmap, the systems, and the team all need to be built at the same time
