Обязанности
- 01Lead a team of 10 engineers owning the Developer Experience for authoring data engineering workloads
- 02Own the primary browser-based, multi-file IDE in Snowsight (Workspaces)
- 03Develop DE-focused experiences inside the Cortex Code Desktop editor
- 04Develop the command-line developer experience (Cortex Code CLI) for data engineering workflows
- 05Develop the in-product monitoring surfaces for deployed pipeline objects (Pipeline Observability UIs)
- 06Ship products like dbt Projects on Snowflake, DCM (Database Change Management), and Pipeline Builder
- 07Author roadmaps, create project plans, and suggest novel product solutions
- 08Build relationships and manage expectations across Snowflake’s software stack
- 09Build real projects to test the product, find hard edges, make fixes, and develop opinions
- 10Stitch together Workspaces, DCM, Cortex Code, and Pipeline Builder into one coherent authoring story
Требования
- 013-5 years of management experience
- 02A track record of leading technical teams
- 03Experience with modern IDEs, distributed build systems, and cloud-based dev environments
- 04Strong Product Instincts – able to meet with customers, understand their problems, and author roadmaps
- 05Excellent Cross Functional Relationship Building skills
- 06Hands-on Experience – building real projects to test products and develop opinions
- 07Passion for mentoring and being mentored
- 08Bonus: dbt, Airflow, Spark, or similar experience with Data Engineering frameworks/tools
