Обязанности
- 01Lead a growing team of engineers in designing, developing and supporting the AI-powered migrations product
- 02Deliver products in a fast‑paced ecosystem of professional services, partners and customers
- 03Guide the team through an evolving AI ecosystem to build AI‑first products
- 04Support engineers in their career development with feedback and leadership development
- 05Translate product requirements into engineering work for the team
- 06Collaborate with local and global engineering and product management teams
- 07Use technical leadership to reliably deliver complex projects while maintaining high quality
- 08Foster a culture of creativity, innovation and practical decision‑making
Требования
- 017+ years experience building and delivering enterprise products
- 023+ years experience leading and scaling engineering teams delivering AI‑powered migration products
- 03Strong familiarity with data ecosystems including databases, analytics, data engineering and ETL
- 04Experience building tools or platforms for data engineers or developers
- 05Proven experience delivering AI‑powered code translation, developer co‑pilot or complex semantic validation products
