Обязанности

01Define world-class enablement strategy for global enterprise GTM motion
02Own strategy for turning every rep (AE, AM, SDR) into top performers across all regions
03Determine enablement investment priorities for maximum leverage
04Develop verticalized training by segment and geography
05Establish metrics to measure impact on pipeline, revenue, and behavior change
06Lead global enablement function spanning onboarding, technical enablement, product enablement, and outbound enablement
07Set strategic direction and measurement framework for enablement function
08Build automations applied to enablement workstreams
09Embed AI fluency into seller curriculum
10Design systems, standards, and operating rhythm for enablement expansion
11Partner cross-functionally with product marketing team
12Own internal seller training, certification, and enablement infrastructure

018+ years enablement leadership experience with technical products and mature enterprise sales motion
02Experience enabling sellers across multiple use cases, buyer types, and platform plays
03Real sales experience
04Hands-on experience building or working with AI agents and/or API tools
05Track record building enablement strategy and measurement frameworks
06Experience defining and tracking performance indicators across AE, AM, and SDR teams
07Experience scaling programs across distributed global teams and time zones
08Builder's mindset with energy for defining function strategy from ground up

01Remote-first role (US or Europe)
02Ability to work across US and European time zones
03Option to work from offices in New York, San Francisco, London, Dublin, or Warsaw
04Minimal travel expected
