• 01Define the strategy for turning reps into top performers
• 02Own the global enablement function including onboarding, technical, and product enablement
• 03Set the strategic direction and measurement framework for enablement
• 04Operate with full AI fluency, building automations for enablement workstreams
• 05Design systems, standards, and operating rhythm for enablement as the company expands
• 06Partner cross-functionally, especially with product marketing team
• 07Own internal enablement infrastructure including training, certification, and enablement infrastructure

Требования

• 018+ years of enablement leadership experience in a technical product and enterprise sales motion
• 02Real sales experience and hands-on experience building or working with AI agents and/or API tools
• 03Track record of building enablement strategy and measurement frameworks
• 04Experience scaling programs consistently across distributed, global teams and time zones
• 05Builder's mindset with energy for defining strategy, systems, and standards from the ground up
