Responsibilities

01Serve as a finance business partner to International go-to-market leadership, supporting market investment and resourcing decisions
02Run the budget and forecast cycle for International, partnering with budget owners to track spend against plan, refresh topline and expense projections through the quarter, and surface risks early
03Manage headcount planning and tracking across the International organization, spanning Sales, Onboarding, and Marketing, including capacity models, hiring plans, and reconciliation of actuals
04Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis for International financials and KPIs, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted
05Use unit economics such as LTV/CAC to pinpoint what’s driving results and where there’s room to improve
06Conduct ad-hoc analyses, modeling, and deep dives into strategic issues to improve decision-making
07Communicate clearly and transparently with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Onboarding, and Marketing to build trusted relationships

01Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
024+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or equivalent field
03Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
04Self-starter capable of independently navigating ambiguity
05Comfortable communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences and presenting to all levels of management
06Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
