Responsibilities

01Build and improve systems that power audience segmentation for more than 100 million customers
02Own well-scoped features end to end across distributed data applications
03Partner with engineering, product, and design teammates to deliver high-quality software
04Develop a deep understanding of the services you own and data flow through the platform
05Contribute to team and engineering-wide improvements including process and infrastructure
06Use AI tools to move quickly while focusing on system behavior and architecture

012–4 years of experience as a Software Engineer
02Foundation in building backend services
03Experience developing with Java, Python, or Go
04Strong understanding of object-oriented design, algorithms, and optimization
05Familiar with relational and non-relational databases
06Understand data modeling and access patterns
07Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
08Take ownership beyond the task and care about end-to-end impact
09Communicate clearly and work effectively with technical and non-technical teammates
10Comfortable working through ambiguity and turning it into clear deliverables
