Responsibilities
- 01Develop and maintain intuitive, reusable, and user-friendly web interfaces backed by scalable backend systems and APIs
- 02Implement and optimize systems to enable customer observability into Attentive’s event-based platform
- 03Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product, and design to build applications that support communication channels for marketers
- 04Improve code quality through code reviews, testing, and advocating for best practices
- 05Identify and address technical debt to ensure the long-term health of our codebase
- 06Contribute to technical decisions and stay current with emerging technologies to enhance our product
Requirements
- 013+ years of professional experience in software development focusing on frontend systems
- 02Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript, including modern frontend development patterns, performance optimization, and responsive UI development
- 03Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot is a plus
- 04Experience building and maintaining scalable, customer-facing, high-performance applications
- 05You have development experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- 06Experience leveraging agentic AI coding tools to accelerate software development while exercising strong engineering judgment
- 07Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- 08Solid understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, writing tests, and continuous integration
- 09Experience with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library and Playwright
- 10You are excited by new technologies but are conscious of choosing them for the right reasons
