Responsibilities
- 01Help establish roadmap and architecture based on technology and our needs
- 02Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code
- 03Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
- 04Share your knowledge by giving brown bags, tech talks, and promoting appropriate tech and engineering best practices
- 05Performing thoughtful code reviews for colleagues, and help others by conducting high-quality code reviews
- 06Participate in hiring activities: take part in technical interviews, live coding, share detailed feedback to hiring best technical talent in the function
- 07Support junior members on the team through mentorship as well as code and technical reviews
Requirements
- 01Delivering high-quality code
- 02Working closely with designers and product managers
- 03Solid Swift knowledge
- 044+ years of software engineering industry experience
- 05Experience with object-oriented programming
- 06Write clear, scalable and clear design documentation
- 07Design, build and improve a set of team owned components

- 13The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $108,000 - CAD $135,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits
