Responsibilities

  • 01Drive consultative outreach to keep customer onboarding on track
  • 02Guide customers through the 401(k) automation onboarding process
  • 03Ensure clear communication with 401(k) providers
  • 04Serve as customer advocate post-launch
  • 05Project management of the onboarding journey
  • 06Anticipate roadblocks and work with relevant partners
  • 07Support development of efficient processes
  • 08Create resources to enhance customer experience
  • 09Identify and resolve unexpected issues
  • 10Qualify interested customers for eligibility
  • 11Confirm plan eligibility and requirements
  • 12Gather necessary provider and plan details
  • 13Build and test the plan in Pay(k)onnect
  • 14Confirm accuracy before go-live
  • 15Keep customers informed and engaged throughout process

Requirements

  • 01At least 3 years of professional work experience
  • 02Experience in retirement, payroll or financial services industry
  • 03Experience in fast-paced startup environment
  • 04Ability to anticipate customers' needs
  • 05Curiosity about technology and AI tools
  • 06Excitement to learn and use tools like Glean, Gemini, and other LLM-based AI tools
  • 07Data-driven mindset
  • 08Proven success in metrics-based roles
  • 09Strong background in high-volume book of business under tight deadlines
  • 10Excellent customer communication skills
  • 11Experience managing professional interactions with external partners
  • 12Adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity
