Responsibilities

01Developing a deep understanding of customer problems and mapping them to Cohere solutions.
02Acting as trusted technical advisor and owning the technical relationship with stakeholders.
03Increasing adoption of Cohere products internally and externally while gathering customer feedback to shape future products.
04Leading design and deployment of customer pilots showcasing technology impact to strategic enterprise and government customers.
05Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
06Owning the customer narrative, serving as voice of the customer and liaison between customer and product team.
07Providing best‑practice guidance for Cohere use and identifying platform improvement areas.
08Cultivating technical champions within customer organizations to drive adoption and collect feedback.
09Leading the technical talk track on customer calls.
10Designing enterprise architectures for North deployments.
11Conducting deep dives on customer queries and Cohere technology.
12Facilitating customer evaluations and pilots.
13Developing and documenting processes to scale the solutions architect team and adjacent teams.
14Collaborating with Product and Engineering to align offerings with customer needs.
15Working with partners to create strategies for enabling and accelerating their customers.

013+ years of customer‑facing technical pre/post sales experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer or Digital Strategy Consultant.
02Passion for Generative AI and understanding of strengths and weaknesses of Generative LLMs and AI technologies.
03Familiarity with foundational ML concepts such as training and evaluation.
04Excellent communication skills, able to present to CEOs and dive into technical details with engineers.
05Comfort thriving in ambiguous and uncharted environments.
06Ability to identify and implement high‑impact processes in unstructured settings.
07Comfortable working with Python and assistive coding tools.
08Preferred: 2+ years architecting, deploying or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
09Native‑level Arabic proficiency.
10Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
