Responsibilities

  • 01Manage a book of business consisting of professional hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimisation on Airbnb
  • 02Analyse performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success
  • 03Manage and deliver innovative supply building projects from concept to implementation
  • 04Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential
  • 05Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams
  • 06Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform
  • 07Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs
  • 08Respond to and deliver exceptional service to your professional hosts in a timely and efficient manner
  • 09Occasionally traveling to your market to provide in-person support and guidance
  • 10Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal and customer support teams

Requirements

  • 015+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development or customer success
  • 022+ years of technology, travel or hospitality industry experience
  • 03Exceptional commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of revenue drivers, emerging industry trends, and the competitive landscape
  • 04Strong time management and prioritisation skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • 05Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in-person
  • 06Highly analytical and ability to transform and interpret data into actionable insights for your hosts and the business
  • 07Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management
  • 08Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence in the face of challenges
  • 09Proven experience working with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • 10Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly working with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • 11Charismatic self-starter who is resourceful and self-sufficient
  • 12Fluency in English
