Responsibilities
- 01Work with customers to define tailored visions and create a path for innovation stretching multiple years out
- 02Develop a roadmap with customer and internal Cloudflare stakeholders
- 03Identify, understand, scope, and guide the journey to replace or migrate from existing edge cloud and/or on-premises technologies
- 04Build and maintain long term technical relationship of strategic accounts
- 05Identify and drive strategic conversations with key stakeholders
- 06Collaborate with specialists, architects, and subject matter experts across diverse functions
- 07Apply extensive vertical knowledge and domain expertise to enhance engagement effectiveness
- 08Provide consultation throughout strategic engagement lifecycle from account planning to solution design
- 09Support Business Value Assessment creation and delivery
- 10Contribute industry expertise to guide Cloudflare's go-to-market and platform evolution
- 11Travel up to 40% during the quarter to support partner engagements and industry events
Requirements
- 0115+ years of prior Technical Sales, Engineering, and/or first-hand industry experience
- 02Demonstrable experience in building trust and maintaining relationships with key customer stakeholders
- 03Strong understanding of both business strategy and technology at a deep level
- 04Aware of government and industry standards, frameworks and compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, SOX, FEDRAMP, GDPR, NIS2, etc.)
- 05Experience in designing architecture, migration, and implementation of cloud, edge and on-premises technologies
