Responsibilities
- 01Define how ElevenLabs approaches major enterprise pursuits globally
- 02Own which opportunities to pursue
- 03Lead the strategy behind the most important responses
- 04Build an AI-first engine (processes, tooling, intelligence) that improves winning capabilities
- 05Lead and scale a small global team
Requirements
- 01Substantial experience with strategic enterprise RFPs from solutions engineering/pre-sales or leading enterprise proposals/bid function at a technology company
- 02Builder's approach to AI and automation: using AI fluently, shipping internal tooling/workflows
- 03Exceptional communication skills: credible with enterprise customers, persuasive writing, mobilizing executives and cross-functional teams
- 04Strong commercial judgment: reading deal evaluation, shaping win strategy, rejecting weak pursuits
- 05Ambition to build and lead a global function
