Responsibilities
- 01Own the CHRO's operating cadence by managing weekly and quarterly leadership meetings, setting clear agendas, driving decisions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- 02Lead critical cross-functional initiatives and engagements on behalf of the CHRO, acting as her stand-in when needed in key meetings and decisions
- 03Develop compelling content and narratives including meeting decks, org-wide emails, social media posts, and speaking engagement materials that amplify the CHRO's voice
- 04Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, synthesizing ambiguity into clear recommendations for executive decision-making
- 05Represent the CHRO's interests and point of view across the organization, ensuring alignment and advancing People team priorities with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- 017+ years of experience, including management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a chief of staff capacity supporting senior executives
- 02Proven ability to synthesize ambiguous, complex topics into clear executive-ready recommendations, narratives, and communications across formats (decks, emails, social content)
- 03Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with clear accountability and follow-through
- 04Knowledge of crypto or demonstrated enthusiasm for the space with willingness to immerse yourself in the ecosystem
- 05Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
