Responsibilities

  • 01Perform admin actions inside configured apps: role grants, settings changes the app already supports, and user troubleshooting at admin level
  • 02Own intake and execution for tickets escalated from the Support queue into the SaaS lane
  • 03Write runbooks as you go
  • 04Identify repetitive work across the lane and automate it: license workflows, seat reporting, evidence pulls
  • 05Build automations with the tools at hand (scripts, app-native workflows, AI tools)
  • 06Partner with IT Engineering when an automation needs platform-level access
  • 07Monitor application health, usage, and performance at the app level
  • 08Route platform or infrastructure issues to IT Engineering
  • 09Coordinate vendor-driven app updates and feature rollouts
  • 10Assign and reclaim licenses across the catalog
  • 11Produce seat utilization reporting and run the monthly utilization review
  • 12Own the renewal calendar and prepare true-ups
  • 13Act as the day-to-day contact for vendor customer success managers
  • 14Pull SOC2 evidence, support access-review execution, and package audit responses
  • 15Administer Google Calendar resources: rooms, equipment, and resource hygiene
  • 16Administer Google Groups: membership and access changes, troubleshooting
  • 17Support Slack app installs in partnership with CorpSec for scope review
  • 18Workspace compartmentalization through Grid
  • 19Auditing and rotating Slack apps credentials in partnership with developers

Requirements

  • 01Have hands-on experience administering a portfolio of SaaS applications at the admin level
  • 02Have owned license and seat management: assignment, reclamation, and utilization reporting
  • 03Have supported renewals or true-ups and worked directly with vendor account or CSM contacts
  • 04Have pulled audit evidence or executed access reviews (SOC2 or a similar framework)
  • 05Are an excellent communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems
  • 06Write things down: runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
  • 07Are organized enough to run calendar-driven work alongside a ticket queue
  • 08Recognize when a request crosses from operating a system into changing it
  • 09Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
  • 10Look for manual work that repeats and automate it
  • 11Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
  • 12Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
