Responsibilities
- 01Report on individual SE strengths and weaknesses and support performance management to achieve high-standards of success
- 02Conduct 1:1's with team members
- 03Act as a point of escalation for team issues, escalate issues that can't be solved in the team
- 04Recruit, interview, and on-board new team members
- 05Coach team members on delivering AI/ML-focused demos, POCs, and architectural reviews
- 06Stay current on AI industry developments and translate emerging trends into actionable enablement for the SE team
- 07Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay regional AI customer feedback and evangelise new AI capabilities
- 08Cultivate cross SE team/office coordination, keep us all connected as one team
- 09Facilitate knowledge transfer between SE teams
- 10Ensure the team learns from the great ideas of single team members
- 11Ensure mistakes are not repeated within the team
- 12Develop strong relationships outside of SE organisation to aid in escalation of issues
Requirements
- 01Experience in AI/ML infrastructure, model serving, or security for AI pipelines
- 02Curiosity to maintain and develop new knowledge essential to keeping up with high rate of product innovation
- 03Ability to collaborate with clients from early-stage ideation through to planning for production
- 04Experience in technical pre-sales performance management
- 05Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Support
