Responsibilities
- 01Lead customers and cross functional peers through strong business and technical acumen by advising them on best practices that drive measurable value
- 02Partner with customers to design and implement strategic solutions to drive organizational change
- 03Lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand business challenges and design custom solutions incorporating AI-native functionalities
- 04Develop Smartsheet solutions through prototyping and iterative sprints with frequent customer feedback
- 05Review solution designs through internal testing and facilitate user acceptance testing
- 06Take full ownership of project delivery including timeline, deliverables, scope, and budget
- 07Stay current on rapidly evolving industry trends and Smartsheet capabilities
- 08Partner with consulting team members to share insights and participate in mentor program
- 09Identify product and services expansion opportunities collaborating with Sales
- 10Maintain individual and team KPIs including billable utilization and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 01Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in management or technology consulting
- 02Strong willingness and track record of performing within a team environment
- 03Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- 04Hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of web-based SaaS applications
- 05Strong interest in working with leading-edge technologies
- 06Experience applying change management and business process optimization strategies
- 07Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 08Experience with business process optimization and Agile project management methodologies
- 09Ability to travel periodically (up to 40%)
