Responsibilities
- 01Interview, hire, and develop consultants with the requisite skills for the Advisory Era
- 02Foster an environment of daily experimentation, encouraging your team to test AI solutions, share insights, and adapt to evolving delivery approaches
- 03Proactively partner with Sales and other GTM leaders to drive regional services bookings
- 04Engage directly with customers to understand their evolving needs
- 05Assume full accountability for your team’s fiscal health, ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance targets
- 06Operationalize the transition to an AI-Native PS model, modernizing tools and methodologies
- 07Translate company objectives and shifting industry trends into clear, actionable priorities for your team
- 08Partner with the Resource Management Office (RMO) to balance workloads by matching consultant skills and capacity to project opportunities
Requirements
- 017+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services
- 02Ability to formulate positions on industry trends and anticipate how technology developments—specifically AI—will impact customer needs
- 032+ years leading high performing teams of individual contributors
- 04Work experience designing, selling, and delivering solutions in a SaaS Professional Services environment
- 05High emotional intelligence and change leadership
- 06Excellent client management skills
- 07Proven track record of building influential relationships with GTM partners
- 08Proficiency in using frameworks to develop insights into customer organizations
- 09Experience applying change management, business process optimization, and AI strategies
- 10Willing to travel periodically (up to 40%)
- 11Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education (minimum 7 years)
