Responsibilities
- 01Partner with Sales team to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
- 02Own technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities
- 03Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
- 04Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback loop on products and competitive landscape
- 05Drive product conversations based on need and problems learned during customer interactions
- 06Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create other enablement material
Requirements
- 01Located on the West Coast of the US
- 025+ years of technical pre-sales experience
- 03Experience with Open Source technologies or in Metrics/Monitoring space
- 04Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills
- 05First class written and oral communication skills
- 06Ability to work and collaborate with international teams
- 07Technical mindset and desire to grow technically
- 08Self-motivated, initiative, and creative
