Responsibilities
- 01Partner with Sales team to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers
- 02Own technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities
- 03Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
- 04Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competitive landscape
- 05Drive product conversations based on need and problems with customers
- 06Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles and create other enablement material
Requirements
- 015+ years of technical pre-sales experience
- 02Be open to various and complex assignments, requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership
- 03First class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers
- 04Ability to skillfully articulate value proposition and technical advantages of products
- 05Love solving technical challenges and thrive on bringing creative solutions to customers
- 06Have a technical mindset and desire to grow technically
- 07Must be located in the UK
