Responsibilities
- 01Provide area-level leadership across multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring alignment to program goals, budgets, and schedules
- 02Drive standardization, consistency, and best practices across cost management, scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting
- 03Lead and manage a team of cost managers responsible for monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, change and risk management, pay application review, and client billing submissions
- 04Assess overall cost and schedule health across an area or program, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities early
- 05Develop and communicate clear, actionable financial and schedule insights to senior leadership and Crusoe clients
- 06Manage critical deliverables and performance of onsite vendors providing cost management and scheduling services
- 07Support program-level governance by ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across all projects
- 08Partner cross-functionally with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams to support successful project execution
Requirements
- 01Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- 0212+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management
- 03Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-level accountability
- 04Proven leadership of program- or area-wide initiatives focused on standardization and continuous improvement
- 05Advanced financial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate cost and schedule performance holistically
- 06Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and clients
- 07Experience leading teams and managing external vendors delivering cost and scheduling services
- 08Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments
