Responsibilities

  • 01Ensure construction contract compliance, aligning all financial and commercial activity with executed contracts, approved scope, and internal governance
  • 02Manage the full Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle — initiation, approvals, tracking, reconciliation, and closeout — maintaining accuracy and budget alignment
  • 03Lead invoice review and submission: validate quantities, rates, and scope against contracts and changes, resolve discrepancies, and support timely payment
  • 04Maintain accurate, audit-ready records for cost transparency and reliable actuals reporting
  • 05Partner with construction, project controls, finance, and vendor teams to keep commercial operations efficient and cost integrity intact

Requirements

  • 015+ years in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management, specifically on large-scale commercial or hyperscale infrastructure projects
  • 02Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field
  • 03Proven experience leading project controls or commercial costs on complex construction, with a strong grasp of contract structures, scope, and cost governance in fast-paced settings
  • 04Strong attention to detail and process discipline, with a track record of maintaining audit-ready cost records
  • 05Ability to collaborate effectively across construction, project controls, finance, and vendor teams
