Responsibilities
- 01Prepare project financial reports adhering to project controls best practices
- 02Ensure accuracy of cost allocations and monitor purchase orders for cost coding
- 03Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy
- 04Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
- 05Track project actuals & EAC against baseline budgets
- 06Monitor progress against milestones and identify potential issues and risks
- 07Provide regular status report updates to project managers and stakeholders on project progress, including budget and schedule
- 08Maintain organized project documentation
- 09Review project and estimate cash flows, contract terms, and change orders in detail for financial impact and opportunities
- 10Effectively utilize the right data, reports, and tools for analysis and benchmarking
Requirements
- 01Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 022- 5 years of experience in cost controls or financial analysis
- 03Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- 04Ability to multi task and balance responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- 05High level of professionalism
- 06Experience in construction, oil & gas, or engineering industry preferred
What we offer
