Responsibilities

  • 01Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Attentive's Targeting product area within the Shopper Management pillar
  • 02Build customer-facing experiences that help marketers create high-performing audiences with confidence, whether through advanced segmentation, recommendations, or intelligent targeting workflows
  • 03Partner closely with customers and customer-facing teams to deeply understand how marketers build audiences today and identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows
  • 04Drive product discovery by combining customer research, behavioral data, and business insights to identify high-impact opportunities
  • 05Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Platform teams to deliver scalable targeting capabilities that power best-in-class personalization
  • 06Balance usability with flexibility, enabling customers to build sophisticated audiences without unnecessary complexity
  • 07Define success metrics, measure product impact, and continuously optimize experiences using experimentation and data
  • 08Act as a product leader across the organization, influencing strategy and helping teams understand the evolution of Attentive's targeting capabilities

Requirements

  • 016+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of owning customer-facing products from discovery through launch and iteration
  • 02Experience building products in MarTech, AdTech, customer data platforms (CDPs), personalization, targeting, audience management, segmentation, or related domains
  • 03Strong product intuition paired with deep analytical thinking—you enjoy using data to uncover customer problems and validate product decisions
  • 04Experience building customer-facing tools that simplify complex workflows while maintaining flexibility for sophisticated users
  • 05High customer empathy and a passion for understanding how customers make decisions and accomplish their goals
  • 06Comfortable working with large datasets and partnering closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to bring data-driven products to life
  • 07Hands-on experience using SQL or similar tools to explore data and inform product decisions; familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker, Heap, or similar tools is a plus
  • 08Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
