Responsibilities
- 01Navigate complex customs regulations to ensure goods comply with international laws
- 02Manage essential documents and data needed for smooth customs clearance to CBP
- 03Collaborate with international clients and logistics partners, providing timely information and support
- 04Use Flexport's technology to optimize customs processes and provide data to clients
- 05Participate in client business reviews and operational calls
- 06Follow and help improve standard operating procedures
Requirements
- 01Recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 02Have a 'compliance-first' mindset with commitment to integrity and regulatory adherence
- 03Natural problem-solver who pays close attention to details
- 04Thrive in fast-paced environment, adapt to new technology, meet tight deadlines
- 05Master of organization who can prioritize and manage large volume of tasks with minimal supervision
- 06Excellent communicator (both verbal and written) who seeks and welcomes feedback
