Responsibilities
- 01Navigate the complex world of customs regulations to ensure goods comply with international laws
- 02Manage the essential documents and data needed for smooth customs clearance to CBP
- 03Collaborate with international clients and logistics partners, providing them with timely information and support
- 04Use Flexport's technology to optimize customs processes and provide data to clients
- 05Participate in client business reviews and operational calls, gaining direct exposure to high-level strategy
- 06Follow—and help improve—standard operating procedures
Requirements
- 01Recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 02Have a "compliance-first" mindset, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and regulatory adherence
- 03Are a natural problem-solver who pays close attention to the details
- 04Thrive in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to new technology, and aren't afraid of a tight deadline
- 05Are a master of organization who can prioritize and manage a large volume of tasks with minimal supervision
- 06Are an excellent communicator (both verbal and written) who seeks out and welcomes feedback to grow
