Responsibilities

  • 01Design, stand up, and scale new reconciliation and control infrastructure across products and entities
  • 02Lead audit remediation workstreams, partnering with external auditors and internal Accounting and Controls
  • 03Own cross-functional projects and act as the escalation point for complex reconciliation and loss issues
  • 04Partner with Engineering and Product to spec, build, and measure scalable systems and tooling for reconciliation and loss detection
  • 05Build reusable AI workflows, templates, and standards for the Operations team
  • 06Mentor analysts and provide training and durable documentation

Requirements

  • 01Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 024-6 years in financial services, banking, fintech, payments, or accounting operations in a cash management or reconciliation heavy environment
  • 03Experience scaling reconciliation or operational processes to new products, entities, or geographies
  • 04Proven experience leading cross-functional projects end to end with independence
  • 05Strong understanding of payment systems and money movement (e.g., ACH/NACHA, card networks, bank file formats)
  • 06Experience designing or remediating controls and reconciliation processes for audit scrutiny
  • 07Exposure to regulatory requirements (e.g., MTL, SOX-style controls) in a payments environment
  • 08Ability to think in systems and root causes, using SQL and data skills to analyze complex data sets
  • 09Demonstrated use of AI to build durable, reusable automations and workflows
  • 10Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and senior presentations
