Responsibilities
- 01Define parts of the vision and roadmap for Elastic’s Control Plane team, with a focus on new management, orchestration and scaling capabilities
- 02Collaborate with your Engineering counterparts to prioritize
- 03Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis and enablement
- 04Gather market competitive and trend data, customer and community feedback and usage information to develop product insights
Requirements
- 014+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products
- 02Solid understanding and familiarity with infrastructure cloud technologies, distributed data stores and developer-focused products in general
- 03You have a proven track record of using AI to accelerate your work, while still owning the final outcomes
- 04You possess the ability to collaborate across functions and teams and seamlessly transition between different projects based on business priorities
- 05You can work autonomously, drive decisions and results in a distributed team by leveraging asynchronous, direct, and transparent communication
- 06Ego-free attitude
- 07Empathy, transparency, and a good sense of humour
What we offer
- 01Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary
- 02This role does not have a variable compensation component
- 03The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is: $128,300 — $203,000 CAD
