Responsibilities
- 01Lead and project manage end-to-end global enterprise implementations and launches
- 02Serve as a strategic consultant by working closely with customers to discover their business needs, leading design workshops, and coaching them on how to best use Brex
- 03Drive customer success and adoption by developing strategies to ramp up spending activity, and providing global change management planning
- 04Manage and cultivate customer relationships by building multi-threaded connections from senior leaders to day-to-day stakeholders
- 05Act as a key cross-functional partner within the Brex account team, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships
- 06Influence product development by adapting quickly to product changes and communicating them strategically to stakeholders
- 07Build and execute a prioritization strategy for managing multiple high-touch customer relationships effectively
Requirements
- 014+ years in customer-facing SaaS or consulting roles
- 02Hands-on global project management or consulting work supporting complex, enterprise-level organizations
- 03A knack for leading complex customer engagements
- 04Ability to comfortably manage both technical and non-technical workstreams
- 05Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- 06Demonstrated ability to resolve issues cross-functionally and deliver creative, customized solutions
- 07A proven track record of building customer-centric processes
- 08Strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion while achieving desired business outcomes

- 04Expected salary range is $145,544 - $181,930 USD
