Responsibilities
- 01Develop and own strategic account plans to drive retention, expansion, and adoption across your portfolio of enterprise customers
- 02Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders by providing guidance on best practices across spend management, credit policy, reconciliation workflows, and financial reporting automation
- 03Build multi-threaded relationships across functional areas (Finance, Procurement, AP, IT, and Security) to increase platform stickiness and customer engagement
- 04Lead business reviews and financial health checks that drive executive alignment and showcase ROI
- 05Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks through data analysis, usage insights, and issue resolution
- 06Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and advocate for product improvements
- 07Own key metrics for your accounts: GMV growth, product adoption, credit utilization, and customer health scores
Requirements
- 014+ years in a customer-facing role owning account health, executive relationships, or expansion strategy
- 02Direct experience with core accounting workflows, such as invoice processing, T&E tracking, budgeting, accounts payable, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks), or spend management tools
- 03Experience managing complex, global enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees), with the ability to navigate nuanced org structures and build durable partnerships
- 04Strong business acumen with a finance-first mindset and comfortable speaking the language of CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A teams
- 05Ability to synthesize product usage data into strategic recommendations that drive tangible customer outcomes
- 06Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and influencing internal roadmaps based on customer needs
- 07Bachelor's degree required; finance, business, or related fields preferred

- 02Hybrid environment with minimum of three coordinated days in office per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- 03Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work
- 04Expected OTE range $132,888 - $166,110 USD including base salary and commissions
- 05Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of total compensation package
