Responsibilities
- 01Ownership and execution of end-to-end movement of global shipments within a regional network
- 02Drive first-class customer experience by focusing on quality and on-time performance
- 03Ensure work satisfies internal KPIs and SLAs
- 04Follow standard operating procedures (SOP)
- 05Own client experience and solve client issues quickly
- 06Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners
- 07Execute end-to-end movement of freight shipments within regional network
- 08Assist shipments managed by partners
- 09Quote and invoice client shipments
- 10Participate in QBR and MBR presentation preparation
- 11Hold client operational calls when necessary
Requirements
- 012+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting
- 02Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 03Able to adapt to new technology and thrive in fast-paced environment
- 04Effective time management
- 05Ability to properly prioritize and manage large volume of tasks
- 06Attention to detail
- 07Ability to effectively seek and receive feedback
- 08Effective communication both verbally and in writing in client facing interactions
- 09Teamwork and relationship building
- 10Orientation towards working smarter and adopting best practices
- 11Problem-solving capabilities
- 12Fluent in English and Spanish
