Responsibilities
- 01Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers across EMEA
- 02Drive end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments
- 03Take ownership of customer success from technical implementation through delivery
- 04Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape how we deliver AI to enterprises
- 05Mentor your team on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and enterprise-grade deployments
- 06Optimize performance for OpenSearch, databases, and other K8s services
- 07Define scaling guidelines for GPU and CPU compute resources
- 08Build processes & technology that scales
Requirements
- 015+ years of experience in software engineering with demonstrated leadership
- 02Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software at scale
- 03Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- 04Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines
- 05High agency — you don't wait for permission to solve problems
- 06A doer mentality — you dig in and get stuff done
- 07Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- 08Excellent communication skills in English
