Responsibilities
- 01Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers focused on building agentic solutions with North in on-premises environments
- 02Take ownership of customer success from technical implementation through delivery
- 03Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape how we deliver AI to enterprises
- 04Build relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer end
- 05Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, focusing on bringing agentic solutions to every step of the development process
- 06Define and implement processes that scale agent development and deployment across multiple client environments
Requirements
- 018+ years of experience in software engineering
- 022+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- 03Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- 04Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise software at scale, with focus on agentic applications
- 05High agency - you don't wait for permission to solve problems
- 06A doer mentality - you dig in, get stuff done, and can execute in fast-paced environments
- 07Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and business audiences
