Responsibilities
- 01Own and continuously evolve the roadmap for AI-driven enablement initiatives
- 02Identify, scope, and execute on high-value AI use cases for the field
- 03Build relationships with champions in the field organization to activate power-usage and drive peer-led adoption
- 04Design and drive the operational plan that turns AI pilots into scaled, repeatable processes
- 05Influence and lead governance standards for AI tool adoption in the field
Requirements
- 01Several years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related GTM function
- 02Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools or solutions in a business context
- 03Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering teams
- 04Comfortable operating with significant autonomy
- 05Strong project management instincts
- 06A builder's orientation toward new technology
- 07Familiarity with field or sales enablement motions
- 08Ability to work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment
