Responsibilities

01Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools used across the field org
02Identify overlap or redundancy and support consolidation efforts to reduce tool sprawl
03Formalize a library of field-adopted and -requested use cases for our AI tools
04Monitor usage of AI tools across teams
05Build simple reporting to track adoption trends
06Flag underutilized or underperforming tools to stakeholders
07Draft internal announcements for tool rollouts
08Create micro-enablement programs to engage the field in AI tools
09Own the intake and processing of access requests for AI tools
10Support the organization, quality, and hygiene of data used by or generated from AI tools
11Keep gDrive/datasets accurate and properly maintained

01Some experience in enablement, sales/business operations, IT operations, or a similar coordination-heavy function
02Comfortable owning recurring operational processes
03Strong attention to detail
04Ability to track multiple tools, requests, and datasets simultaneously
05Genuine curiosity about AI tools and platforms
06Willingness to learn the technical basics of how AI tools are configured, accessed, and maintained
07Comfortable following and improving structured processes
08Able to work with enablement, IT, and field stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues
09Basic comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple data tools
10Ability to work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment
11Lean heavily on transparency and collaboration
