Senior Manager, Emerging Enterprise (DACH)

- 01Define the go to market strategy, business plan and cohesive sales strategy for the DACH region
- 02Lead and grow a team of experienced Emerging Enterprise Account Executives
- 03Build, own and implement revenue plans to exceed sales targets
- 04Lead your team to effectively communicate the Databricks value proposition
- 05Manage alignment of Account Executives within their territories, ensuring adherence to sales processes and achievement of quota
- 06Drive efficiencies and productivity across your territory, guiding Account Executives on accurate forecasting, pipeline development and activity tracking
- 07Support strategically important accounts within your territory, providing leadership to the sales team
- 08Align with the leadership team on quota setting and territory carving
- 09Raise the bar with hiring and development objectives
- 10Create long-term trust-based relationships with employees, partners, and cross functions
- 11Calibrate and align performance expectations across your teams in a constructive, motivating manner
Требования
- 01Strong first line management experience
- 02Strong sales experience in Data and AI or technology sales experience
- 03In-depth knowledge of how software is positioned and sold to IT and/or Data executives
- 04Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills
- 05Passionate about coaching and developing talent
- 06Extensive knowledge of sales methodologies ie MEDDICC, CoM, Challenger etc
- 07Experience launching initiatives to create impact at scale
- 08Ideally will have had exposure to the Startup, Emerging Enterprise and/or Digital Native space
- 09Business fluency in English and German
