• 01Hire, train, grow, and manage a team of Solutions Architects
• 02Establish relationships across the business to make customers and team successful
• 03Partner with sales leadership to hit sales and consumption targets while ensuring customer success
• 04Keep the team of Solutions Architects ahead of the technical curve
• 05Create a positive team culture and foster working relationships between Field Engineering, Sales, and other internal partners
• 06Lead a team through best practices for technical qualification, proof of concepts, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations
• 07Influence and review complex architectures, guiding the team and customers toward ideal solutions that scale

Требования

• 013+ years of experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams
• 027+ years of experience in the Data + AI space with a technical product
• 03Deep technical understanding of the impact that Data + AI can drive within various industry segments
• 04Technical competence to earn the trust of Engineering talent and leadership
• 05Experience hiring pre-sales professionals, ramping them up, promoting them, and addressing performance issues
• 06Experience working with other teams such as Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success
• 07Demonstrated architectural influence

Условия

• 01Location: Central US (Texas, Illinois, St. Louis) or remote in other Central US locations
• 02Pay Range: $172,500 — $237,150 USD
• 03Eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits
