01Define the future of music creation on the web by setting the vision and roadmap for how users create, edit, refine, and iterate on music in Suno’s web experience
02Build features and workflows that help users move from first-time creators to more capable musicians
03Partner with Design and Engineering to develop increasingly sophisticated creation capabilities while maintaining an intuitive, approachable user experience
04Create pathways to deeper creativity by translating emerging AI capabilities into intuitive experiences that help users build confidence, fluency, and greater control over their music
05Use judgment to navigate complexity by making thoughtful product decisions in a rapidly evolving space
06Use data and intuition together to combine product judgment, user research, and quantitative analysis to understand user needs and make informed decisions
07Collaborate across disciplines by working closely with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Product Marketing to deliver cohesive creation experiences that delight users and drive meaningful engagement

016+ years of product management experience, ideally building consumer web products or creative tools
02Proven track record of shipping high-quality consumer experiences at scale
03Exceptional product judgment and a demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows
04Deep empathy for users and a strong intuition for how people learn, create, and develop new skills
05Ability to balance short-term user needs with a long-term product vision
06Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs in fast-moving environments
07Clear and effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
08Excited by the intersection of AI, creativity, and consumer technology
09Strong technical foundation, with a background in computer science, engineering, or a related field
