Trust & Safety Operations Analyst

Обязанности
- 01Be the day-to-day point of contact for our BPO partner
- 02Run the operating cadence with our content moderation vendor
- 03Help streamline the playbooks
- 04Define operational SLAs and surface problems early
- 05Translate Legal and Product requirements into operations
- 06Run quality calibration and ongoing quality control
- 07Support manual data review programs
- 08Help coordinate incident response
- 09Build the metrics
Требования
- 015+ years in operations, BPO management, or customer-facing functions
- 02Experience at a UGC or consumer platform, ideally in music or music adjacent
- 03Genuine interest in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or platform integrity
- 04Operator mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward writing things down, organized enough to manage multiple workstreams
- 05Strong written communication
- 06Comfort working with external partners and holding them accountable to commitments
- 07Familiarity with copyright, IP, or music-industry workflows and experience with operational workflows related to DMCA, DSA, or other regulatory takedown procedures
- 08Comfort with dashboards and basic data work

- 01The annual salary range for this role is $85,000-95,0000 + target equity + benefits
