Обязанности

  • 01Build and maintain the systems that power opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows
  • 02Own sales compensation modeling, quota/attainment tracking, and performance reporting
  • 03Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and drive deal velocity
  • 04Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
  • 05Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the stack as we scale
  • 06Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards

Требования

  • 01Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company. You’re excited to be a Sales Ops leader.
  • 02Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes.
  • 03Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills.
  • 04You thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments.
  • 05Comfortable with SQL.
